Before You Invest

Royal Asset Managers uses a variety of investment vehicles in client portfolios. Some investments have greater market volatility (risk). Although the investments are used as part of a diversification strategy to lower overall portfolio risk, loss of principal is still possible. Your investments are not insured against market risk, and there is no guarantee of return.

Discuss your risk tolerance with your advisor. Before you invest, read about the risks associated with mutual funds, exchanged traded funds and individual stocks and bonds. Study the historical price fluctuations of individual stocks and bonds. A mutual fund prospectus contains historical return data that helps to demonstrate risks of a fund’s performance.
